Service

AsknChat’s AI-powered chatbots, documentation tools, and related website features.

User

Any person or entity accessing or using the Service.

Content

Text, images, data or other material uploaded, posted or generated by Users.

General

By creating an account, installing a widget, or otherwise using the Service you accept all terms herein, whether you have read them or not. We may revise these terms at any moment without prior notice; your continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page regularly.

Electronic Communications

You agree that we may send you notifications, product updates, system alerts, and promotional messages via e-mail or through in-app banners. You can opt out of marketing e-mails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link or your account preferences; however, you will still receive transactional or legally required notices.

Service Activation

All platform tools become available immediately after we confirm your subscription and activate your account. Some add-ons—such as white-label setup or third-party integrations—may require additional processing time; we’ll notify you of progress via e-mail.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) . By entering payment information you authorize us to charge the applicable fees until you downgrade or cancel. Prices are displayed exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew. We issue refunds only when (i) duplicate or incorrect charges occur due to technical error, or (ii) you cannot access premium features within seven days of purchase. Refund requests must be lodged within 10 days of payment, and unused balances qualify only if no chatbot has been created.

Free Plan / Trial

The Free Plan lets new users run one test chatbot with up to 100 messages per month. It includes only basic features and self-help resources. We may suspend or limit trials that show abusive or abnormal usage (e.g., multiple accounts to evade limits).

Platform Use

• Do not deploy chatbots for illegal, misleading, or unethical purposes.
• Bulk or unsolicited messaging (“spam”) through widgets or APIs is prohibited.
• Any violation may trigger immediate suspension without refund.

Prohibited Content

You may not promote, store, or distribute content that relates to:

• Pornography or explicit sexual material
• Weapons, drugs, or other regulated goods
• Gambling, lotteries, or betting services
• Hate speech, violent or discriminatory content
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account containing or circulating such material.

Accounts

Each user is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity that occurs under their account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may request additional verification information at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion for breach of these terms or to comply with legal requirements. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to the termination date.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and legally able to form binding contracts.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data-protection, consumer-protection, and export control rules. You bear sole responsibility for any Content you upload or generate.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AsknChat, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Performance depends on your configuration and external factors beyond our control.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AsknChat and its affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your Content, use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

Attorney Fees

If any action is brought to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees in addition to any other relief.

Disclaimers

Actual results (e.g., increased sales, engagement or response times) may vary and are not guaranteed.

Assignments

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or internet outages.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Amendments & Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term. We may amend these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall first be addressed with our support team. If unresolved, courts in Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Notification of Changes

Changes to these Terms will be posted here and, where material, we’ll notify you via e-mail or in-app banner.

Further Actions

You agree to execute any documents and take further actions reasonably required to effectuate these Terms.
